Baker Ranch To Host Free Family Event on 2/20 Along With New Homes Release

Have you been over to check out Baker Ranch yet? It’s a brand-new master planned community located in Lake Forest, with homes created by renowned builders, Shea Homes and Toll Brothers.

From the start, Baker Ranch has been designed for active people who love outdoor recreation and scenic natural settings. Also, guests can preview three of Toll Brothers’ newest communities, Summit, Terraces, and Highlands East in their Sales Centers. In addition to the unveiling of the new neighborhoods, Baker Ranch will be debuting the spectacular Promenade Park, which will feature:

Along with touring these stunning new homes plus all of Baker Ranch’s other fabulous homes, you and your family can enjoy a day of awesome activities located throughout the community! Here are all the spots you need to hit during the event:

The Grove Clubhouse – This will be the hub for “FlashTag”, the ultimate Instagram scavenger hunt where you’ll be taking pictures at each event location using #BakerRanchLife. Once you’ve played, you’ll be entered into an amazing raffle to win a Pedego Electric Bike! Snacks and beverages will also be served here including chili tastings with toppings, lemonade, Paradise iced tea, and citrus infused water. There will be kid’s crafts as well as a master bubble maker!
Oaks Tennis Park – Opening soon and they can’t wait for guests to see it! After you’ve refreshed yourself with goodies, come and get some tennis tips! Then grab a racket or handball and play a few games. Make sure the kids get their faces painted and grab some citrus infused water!
Borrego Trail – Recently opened in December! When you’re done breaking a sweat on the court, hop on a Pedego Electric Bike for a test drive at “The Pedego Experience” along the trail!

Also….Get ready to get lost in Margaritaville with the Jimmy Buffet Tribute Band! How fun does that sound? It’s a perfect way to spend your Saturday afternoon! Free Family Summer Concerts in the Park at Baker Ranch Beginning June 19!

Are you looking for something fun to do with the family this summer? Well head over to Baker Ranch for their Summer Concerts in the Park beginning on June 19! It’s going to be something that the whole family can enjoy, which is something you absolutely won’t want to miss. These family-friendly concerts are totally free and open to the public and the perfect place to spend warm summer nights surrounded by friends, neighbors, and the beautiful Baker Ranch community.

Here’s the schedule of Summer Concerts in the Park for this summer:

Friday, June 19th – Keepin’ The Summer Alive – Beach Boys Tribute Band, 5:30 – 8:00pm

Friday, July 17th – Neil Morrow & Memphis’ 54 – Rockabilly/Country (with line dancing instructor), 5:30 – 8:00pm

Friday, August 21st – A Peaceful Easy Evening – Eagles Tribute Band, 5:30 – 8:00pm

Guests at the concerts are encouraged to bring a picnic dinner but no need to worry about drinks and desserts as those will be provided! If you’re looking for a truly relaxing concert experience, this is it. Feel free to bring blankets and chairs to lay out on the lawn and feel free to invite your friends and neighbors and make a full evening out of it.

You Are Invited to The Eat, Explore, Tour Event at Baker Ranch in Lake Forest on February 21!

On Saturday, February 21, Baker Ranch will be hosting a fun event, “Eat Tour Explore”, from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.! It’s a massive unveiling event featuring GREAT perks from Baker Ranch. They will be unveiling plans for all of their future parks, and will include a virtual tour of “Promenade Park”, a new community park that will not only be a great place for families with kids to play, but also provide residents with a safe means to travel from one end of the community to the other, out of the way of traffic. Guests will have the opportunity to tour this beautiful new community.

But that’s not the best part of this event…..

Renowned chef Richard Blais of Bravo TV’s “Top Chef” will be making a special appearance at the unveiling and will be doing a cooking demonstration, featuring one of his creative and delicious recipes. Spa Gregorie’s will also be at the event, giving free massages to guests after they tour the model homes.

Not only is this a great opportunity for you to get the inside scoop on some of the amazing things that Lake Forest has in store, it’s also your chance for an up close and personal look at some delicious dishes prepared by a prominent chef.
